TV show like Glee, Mad Men and miniseries Pacific are the productions that received the most nominations at the 62nd edition of Primetime Emmy Awards, announced Hollywood Reporter.
More specifically, the musical show Glee raised not less than 19 nominations, Mad Men is in 17 categories, and The Pacific set to 24 categories.
Best Series - Drama will be chosen from Breaking Bad, Dexter, Lost, Mad Men, The Good Wife and True Blood. For the title of best comedy are competing Nurse Jackie, Curb Your Enthusiasm, 30 Rock, Glee, The Office and the Modern Family.
In the category Best Actor in a TV series - drama were nominated: Hugh Laurie (Dr. House), Jon Hamm (Mad Men), Michael C. Hall (Dexter), Kyle Chandler (Friday Night Lights), Bryan Cranston (Breaking Bad) and Matthew Fox (Lost).
At the comedy category were nominated actors like Alec Baldwin (30 Rock), Steve Carell (The Office), Jim Parsons (The Big Bang Theory), Larry David (Curb Your Enthusiasm), Matthew Morrison (Glee) and Tony Shalhoub (Monk).
For Best Actress in a TV series - drama are competing Glenn Close (Damages), Julianna Margulies (The Good Wife), Kyra Sedgwick (The Closer), Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights), Mariska Hargitay (Law & Order) and January Jones (Mad Men).
Tina Fey (30 Rock), Edie Falco (Nurse Jackie), Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation), Lea Michele (Glee), Julia Louis-Dreyfus (The New Adventures Of Old Christine) and Toni Collette (United States of Tara) are nominated for Best Actress in a TV series - comedy
