You don't know who Alexander Scarsgard is, I'll tell. His the vampire Eric Northman from HBO TV show True Blood.
But even if you have no clue about the existence of this actor (and I suppose you are in the minority), things will change in the near future, because of the success he is enjoying thanks to the show.
I was informed last month that SkarsgÄrd was distributed in the super-production of Peter Berg, Battleship, and won a role in Straw Dogs, with James Woods, and now we learn that he will play in the thriller The Elephant.
Inspired by Magnar Jonsgaard novel, Black Rain, the Swede will play a Norwegian freighter which makes a team with an American driller to contain the explosion of a North Sea oil platform.
The Elephant will be directed by Hans Petter Moland (The Beautiful Country) from a screenplay written by Petter Skavlan.by FW Editor |
