Amy Winehouse's cause of death is still unknown. So far, Scotland Yard is classifying her cause of death as "unexplained".
According to police statement, "…at this early stage it is being treated as unexplained and there have been no arrests in connection with the incident."
Ever since medics pronounced Amy Winehouse dead, they have been "operating under the suspicion it was a drug overdose" that led to her demise but there is no concrete proof to support that assumption.
"Police were called by London Ambulance Service to a house in Camden Square NW1 shortly before 16.05 hours on Saturday 23 July, following reports of a woman found deceased," Scotland Yard said yesterday.
However, according to TMZ, when paramedics arrived they have found some "signs of life" but Winehouse died before she could be transported.
The autopsy was scheduled for today but for some unknown reasons it was postponed for Monday. The autopsy is the only way to know for certain what killed Amy.by FW Editor |
