We promised updates as soon as the autopsy report is out. We have the first autopsy results but unfortunately, the late singer's autopsy – which took place on Monday at the St. Pancras Mortuary in London – has not established a clear cause of death.
Despite the rumors that drugs were to blame for Amy's tragic death Sunday, the exact cause of death is still unknown.
According to reports, the final results are expected in about 4 weeks, after further toxicology tests are performed.
Based on police reports, there were no drugs or alcohol in her home. Several tabloids reports that she tried to create some epic, deadly mixture of alcohol and various drugs but any of these rumors have not been confirmed.
For now, Amy Winehouse's death at age 27 - the same age that saw the end of Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix and Kurt Cobain - remains a mystery.by FW Editor |
