When she appeared in the City of Westminster magistrate's court on Thursday for her assault trial, Amy Winehouse claimed that she was "scared" when her fan Sherene Flash asked her to pose for a photo backstage at an event last September.
"She lent down all over me. She had her face down by me" when she told Flash to see a friend for a minute yet her fan refused. Winehouse added that Flash "was pretty much leaning on me. She's a big girl. She was being overly presumptuous. I'm not Mickey Mouse. I'm a human being."
She then pushed her away. "She's there, she's tall. I wanted her away from me. I thought: 'Do I get a choice in this? Hello?' People are mad, people are rude."
