Andrew Keegan was arrested this weekend after a wild house party. However, the actor claims he was manhandled by cops strictly to make an example of. The "wild party" mentioned in police report was nothing more than a fundraiser for three charities that the area police knew about in advance.
According to Andrew Keegan's testimony, when cops arrived at this Marina del Rey home and asked him to turn down the music, he was very cooperative, contrary to the police report. However, the sergeant ordered "arrest him" while his hands were in his pocket. The reason:
