The True Blood costars - who announced their engagement last August - wed Saturday evening at a private residence in Malibu, Calif.
Guests included Elijah Wood and True Blood costar Carrie Preston with husband Michael Emerson, according to Us Weekly magazine.
Anna Paquin, 28, and Stephen Moyer, 40, exchanged their vows beneath a tent across the street from the beach.
Moyer proposed to Paquin on a Hawaiian beach, presenting her with a ring - a rustic diamond set in an antiqued platinum inset - he helped design with jeweler Kathy Waterman.
Paquin previously insisted she wouldn't be come a "bridezilla".
"It feels organic," she last October. "It's more about being family that becoming Bridezilla overnight and wearing some big meringue wedding dress. That would scare the s**t out of me. I wasn't the girl who spent hours dreaming of my wedding."
For his part, Moyer admits he shocked himself with his proposal.
"It certainly surprised me more than anyone else. I mean, my friends are beyond shocked," he said.by fw editor |
