The actress says she feels like "the luckiest girl on planet Earth" when she's got her glad rags on for a prestigious event.
"At the end of the day, whatever goes wrong I can't even focus on it, " she said, "because it always comes back to… 'I'm the luckiest girl on planet Earth'.
"I'm wearing a beautiful dress in a world that very few people get to be in. Every time I do it I think, 'I can't believe I'm doing this right now'."
Anne Hathaway admitted that her success is down to luck.
"I owe so much of my career to luck," she said earlier this year. "My mother always told me that luck is preparation meets opportunity and I've been given extraordinary opportunities to work with filmmakers long before I was talented enough and deserved to work with them.
"I've learned a lot from them. I just keep getting hired. I consider myself lucky and I don't know who is responsible for it."by fw editor |
