Anthony Hopkins doesn't think he is scary

Monday, February 14 2011

Anthony Hopkins (73) who played the role of Hannibal Lector doesn't know why people find him scary because he doesn't think he is.

"I honestly don't know why people find me scary. I've asked myself that question many times. I guess I just have a knack for it. But that doesn't mean I'm a scary person. My wife's not scared of me. I'm scared of her!" says Sir Anthony.

We recently told you that Hopkins could play the role of Alfred Hitchcock in a movie.

The great actor wishes he will play the legendary filmmaker in the years to come.

Anthony said Hitchcock was "a very interesting man, very strange guy, very dark man" and Psycho is the "the most frightening film I have ever seen."
