A week after
target="_blank">Miley Cyrus's fan Mark McLeod was arrested, he has been
charged with stalking the 16-year-old actress for trying to meet her forcefully
while she was acting on the set of a movie. The incident happened on Tybee
Island.
On investigation, McLeod has told police that he has been engaged to Miley Cyrus
in secret. He is from Appling, Georgia. McLeod was warned by the police in June
to keep distance from the actress. But when was spotted at the location of the
set of Miley's upcoming movie "The Last Song", security officials of Walt Disney
reported to the local police. At that time, McLeod was charged of disorderly
conduct and obstruction.
Previously, Mark McLeod has claimed that he is Miley's no. 1 fan.
