Beyonce is currently working at her new musical film: "Why don't you love me" and two days ago, the movie directors decided to do some shots in Beyonce's neighborhood.
One of her neighbors, Philip Markowitz wasn't too happy with that idea.
In fact, he filled up a lawsuit form against Beyonce and her movie producer. According to Philip Markowitz his peace and quiet was destroyed the morning of March 26, when the film crew "invaded his neighborhood" ... waking him out of from his beauty sleep at 7 AM.
That nightmare was followed up by multiple intrusions.
Markowitz said that during that morning, every time he tried to leave his house the crew was blocking his driveway. He went in and out and in and out.... and each time, he says, there was someone standing in his way.
Because of this inconvenient, Markowitz missed some important business calls and appointments until 11:30 AM. Seeing an opportunity to recover some money, Markowitz "demanded compensation for the trespass on his property and the inconvenience and delay he had already suffered."
Actually, he told someone from the crew that he is going to ask up to $10.000 for the use of his property.
The crew member told him that it was a low budget movie and they can't pay that much.
Something tells me that Markowitz doesn't buy it as he's suiting Beyonce and the movie producers for "unspecified damages".by FW Editor |
