Even if they divorced in 1994 Billy Joel is defending his ex-wife Christie Brinkley. After their daughter the pianist Alexa Ray Joel attempted a suicide because a "diyfunctional weekend" byt New York Post said Billy Joes is saying that is not his ex-wife's fault. After the media called Christine a badgering mother and blamed her for Alexa's depression and claimed that she is not a role model mother for anybody.
The ex-couple said to Extra newspaper "Every parent can imagine the pain and anguish we face as parents of a daughter who is working to recover from the dangerous actions she took while suffering a devastating heartbreak”.
The story is full of lies and the only one who knows the truth is Alexa.
Some bad reporters said that Christine trashed Billy in this story to be on her side. Is seems Christine is not that pretty mother like everyone knew.
But some family members declaired that Christine is a good mother and Alexa is the only one guilty in this story.
