Today at Comic Con in San Diego - Max Brooks, the author of "World War Z" has confirmed that Brad Pitt will appear in a movie adaptation of his novel.
The rumors that Brad Pitt might be one of the protagonists of this film appeared shortly after Pitt's production company - Plan B won the rights to make a possible adaptation.
"World War Z" will focus on the war against a legion of people infected with a virus that transforms them into zombies.
In the book, the story is presented in the form of testimonies gathered by a researcher who is trying to break this pandemic that has killed more than half of the globe population.
The screenplay was written by J. Michael Straczynski (Changeling) and was reviewed by Matthew Michael Carnahan. Mark Forster will be responsible for directing.by FW Editor |
