Five months after the actress Brittany Murphy died at the age of 32, her husband, British screenwriter Simon Monjack, 40, was found dead on May 23 at the couple home in Hollywood. It seems that he died for the same reasons as his wife did.
The report of Brittany's death has listed pneumonia as the main cause of death, but anemia and poisoning with various drugs have worsened her condition.
When the medical examiner who handled the case was asked about the cause of death regarding the British screenwriter, Simon Monjack, he told CNN that the cause of death is exactly as in the case of Brittany.
He added that he found in the deceased system some prescription drugs, but not in lethal doses.
At the request of family, forensics will conduct another test before the full public report.by FW Editor |
