Brooke Mueller is safely at home in California at the moment, but her legal problems are far from over.
Three days after she was arrested for drug possession and assault, a judge allowed Mueller to fly back with her twin sons in order to take care of them. However, Charlie Sheen's ex-wife must be back in Aspen for a hearing in December 19.
So, what actually happened on that Friday night? The Aspen Daily News reports that Muller was approached by police around midnight at Escobar (a nightclub where she danced up a storm) after someone reported Mueller for punching his/her face.
Cops then searched Brooke and discovered about five grams of cocaine. She was arrested and sent to a local jail before Charlie Sheen bailed her out the next day.by FW Editor |
