And when everyone started to believe Brooke Mueller is doing well. A photo has surfaced online that appears to show Charlie Sheen's troubled ex-wife in possession of a homemade crack pipe.
There is no official statment from Mueller but according to reports, she fled from the scene as quickly as possible once she was the paparazzi.
