Last year's hosts of the CMA Awards are back this year. Carrie Underwood and Brad Paisley, who won the Male and Female Vocalist of the Year awards last year, are returning as the ceremony's emcees on November 11.
"Last time, it was pretty late notice when we got word we were doing it, so we didn't necessarily prepare the same way then as we will this time. This time we have more advance time," Paisley said.
Underwood talked about their stint a year ago, "I thought we did a good job. I wasn't nervous about being asked back. But I was hoping they would ask us." And Paisley agreed, "I figured if they wanted us back they'd ask and if not, we'd get to sit and watch somebody else go through it."
