Carrie Underwood doesn't even want to hear about the catering truck while she's on tour. If you are asking why, we'll tell you. She prefers to cook her own meals, so she knows exactly what she's putting into her body.
The singer never eats fast food and takes time out from work to shop for her own groceries.
"It would be very easy to go eat that all the time," she said. "But if I don't know what's in it, I don't eat it. That's my rule."
Carrie said that she is amazed by the reaction of fans when they see her out shopping.
"It's a very human thing to do, and that's why I love it so much," she said.
"When you're out on the road, people see you as a performer - not necessarily as a human being, first and foremost. So it's really nice to go and do things that ... people do!"
