American Express has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court against
href='http://people.famouswhy.com/courtney_love/' target='_blank'>Courtney Love unpaid
credit card bills and other charges for a sum of over $350,000. The charges were mounted on
Love's Gold credit card after the musician 'failed and refused' to pay to AmEx. The total
amount claimed in the suit is $352,059.67 which includes the uncleared card bills, lawyer's
charges, late fine and damages sustained.
However, her representative has denied having any direct information in this matter.

target='_blank'>Kurt Cobain, faced a lawsuit of $1 million last year on disputes regarding
sales of publishing catalog of Nirvana. Even this year, she faced another lawsuit in February over
comments she made on Twitter.
