Cheryl Burke's Third Dance Studio

Tuesday, May 12 2009

by Joe Halls

Dancing with the Stars professional dancer Cheryl Burke was in cloud nine celebrating the opening of her third dance studio. The new Cheryl Burke Dance studio is located at Laguna Niguel, California.

Dancing's two-time champion was joined with her current dance partner Gilles Marini as well as her family and friends during the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

She exclaimed, "It's always been a dream of mine to have my own studios and now I have three — and I hope to open more. The show has renewed people's interest in ballroom dance and it's amazing."

Burke's first two studios are situated in San Francisco and Mountain View, California respectively. She also stressed that everyone can take part in her studio saying, "All levels of dance are taught."
