Chris Brown's New Lawsuit

Thursday, May 28 2009

by Joe Halls

Another lawsuit was filed against the 20-year-old musician Chris Brown. Robert Rosen sued the singer in L.A. Superior Court claiming that he was physically assaulted by Brown's bodyguard.

According to the court papers, the incident happened on March 13 at a Los Angeles fitness club after Rosen took a snapshot of Brown. The singer's bodyguard then yelled at him and one of the employees of L.A. Fitness Club also 'tried to block (Rosen's) exit and grabbed his clothing and body.' After which, the physical assault happened.

Rosen stated that he was 'severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally.' However, Mark Geragos, Brown's lawyer, said, 'This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He's done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this.'
