The promoting of "Inception" is an ideal opportunity for members of the press to squeeze information from Christopher Nolan, who didn't said much when he was asked about the new movies, The Dark Knight and Superman.
Recently asked "what is heard" about Batman and Superman 3, Nolan was as elusive and mysterious as usual.
"About Batman I can say that the script is ready but we still polish it. But otherwise, the production is bogged down bad. Even though Warner Bros. has announced an official date, the studio knows too well my process of realizing movies. I never do two films at once. That is my fault.
After the release of a movie I start to work on the next one. I'm really glad I have a brother (Johnathan Nolan) to work with, because he is a wonderful man and always helped me over the years. "
About Superman Nolan said that David Goyer is dealing with the story and that he didn't think about any particular actor for the title role."I was amazed by Donner's films in the '70s when I was a kid. In '78 I saw Superman and I was marked. To me Superman is the cornerstone of what I would call an epic movie. "by FW Editor |
