by Kaustav Das Modak

Two works of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart has been recently discovered by the International

Mozarteum Foundation of Austria. According to the foundation, those works have been with

them for a long time and only recently they were identified to be composed by Mozart when he

was young.

The two pieces of compositions were written for piano and the foundation will show them at a

press conference scheduled on August 2.

During the past few years, a number of previously uncredited works of Mozart have been

discovered, including one that was found to be the original document of his composition last

year in Nantes, France.
