After the leakage of the topless photo of Miss California USA Carrie Prejean, who also placed first runner up in the Miss USA pageant, coupled with her breast enhancement issue, the organizers of the state pageant have been investigating if Prejean has violated any provision of her contract.
Prejean said that there was nothing wrong with her photos saying, "I am a Christian, and I am a model. Models pose for pictures, including lingerie and swimwear photos. Recently, photos taken of me as a teenager have been released surreptitiously to a tabloid Web site that openly mocks me for my Christian faith. I am not perfect, and I will never claim to be."
One complaint of the pageant directors against the beauty queen was, "Carrie has been unavailable to us, to her sponsors and to her responsibilities as Miss California USA because of her commitment to outside organizations," said Miss California USA co-executive director Shanna Moakler.
But now, it will be Donald Trump, the owner of the Miss USA organization, who will have the final verdict whether or not Prejean would retain her crown.
