Donald Trump to Moderate a Presidential Debate

Thursday, December 8 2011

As if the Republican presidential race didn't already feel like some kind of reality show, Donald Trump is pairing up with conservative magazine and website Newsmax to moderate a presidential debate on December 27, in Des Moines, Iowa.
"Our readers and the grassroots really love Trump," said Christopher Ruddy, Newsmax CEO.
Trump’s role in the show, which will be broadcast on the cable network Ion Television, marks another unforgettable moment in a primary season that has been a publicity-driven, unpredictable, circus-like show for months already.
Trump is familiar with the presidential race already after earlier this year he ran his mouth about Barack Obama’s birth certificate until he was blue in the face.
