Jon Gosselin said once that Kate was unwilling to go to any therapy or counseling for their troubled marriage. He blabbed, "I have a $22,000 therapy bill. I mean, I tried to have marriage counseling. I did it myself. She refused to go."
But he recently revealed on ABC special Primetime: Family Secrets that his estranged wife only agreed to undergo therapy with popular TV personality, Dr. Phil where they focused more on making their TLC show's image better than fixing their relationship.
"I was very hesitant. I was like, 'What the heck is this?'" he dished. "We talked about the brand and corporate things and making the brand work. I felt it was weird. I was like, 'Why am I here? I could be snowboarding.' It wasn't helping."
Dr. Phil issued a statement to ABC News saying, "I respect the Gosselins' privacy, I have no comment on their marriage."
