Elijah Wood will appear for the first time in a TV show. This is the new comedy series, Wilfred, a FX product.
Wilfred is an adaptation of the Australian series with the same name. In the team we will see a person who is related to the original series: the co-creator of the series and the star Jason Gann.
The show is described as a comedy about a guy (Elijah Wood), a girl next door, and half a dog, Wilfred (Jason Gann), which is half Labrador retriever and half "Russell Crowe on the Bender."
Randall Einhorn (The Office) is directing the pilot episode and it will be filmed this summer. Jason Gann will be the co-executive producer along Ken Connor and Joe Conner.by FW Editor |
