Emma Thompson want to spend more time with her family so, she is planning an extended vacation.
Emma has a daughter named Gaia and an adopted boy named Tindyebwa with her husband, actor Greg Wise. The British actress wants to take a break from Hollywood so she can be a mother to her children.
"Next year, I'm going to take a sabbatical," she said. "I'm not going to fund raise or perform or travel, except in pursuit of new vistas with my family.
I've been meaning to do this for a long, long time, but it's been like putting the brakes on a large ship because there is so much going on."
"I find the job I do emotionally very demanding."
