The 2011 Emmy Awards ceremony was a modern one. The first good sign was when Julie Bowen and Ty Burrell received the first two trophies for their outstanding supporting roles on the TV series Modern Family.
The same ABC show managed to win two additional awards as well: one for directing and the second one for writing.
But Modern Family wasn’t the sole winner from the 2001 Emmy Awards. You can see the full list of winners below:
