The star of Dragonball Evolution Emmy Rossum and her husband, music executive Justin Siegel are divorcing according to court documents.
After less than two years of marriage, the latter filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences in Los Angeles Superior Court on September 25. Though the two have no kids, Siegel is asking for spousal support from his estranged wife.
Rumor has it that the actress is currently dating Counting Crows frontman Adam Duritz. The lovebirds were spotted at a New York restaurant during the Labor Day weekend. A witness even said they "were sitting side by side, kissing throughout dinner."
