Eric Dane, Rebecca Gayheart Sue Over Private Video Leak

Sunday, September 27 2009

Grey's Anatomy actor Eric Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart sued Gawker.com for "maliciously" distributing the naked non-sex tape of the two with former Miss United States Teen Kari Ann Peniche.

Marty Singer, the lawyer of Dane and Gayheart, who are asking over $1 million in damages, is also demanding that the plug on the video be taken out from the site.

When the private video leaked last month, the couple's lawyers immediately stated that the material was just "a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public."
