Venezuelan actress Gaby Espino welcomed her first child with husband Cristóbal Lander on Wednesday, July 9th in Caracas, Venezuela. The baby girl’s name is Oriana Lander Espino and weighs 6.8 pounds and both mom and baby said that she is "in a perfect state of health."
In a statement released by Gaby via her publicist, the 30-year-old shares that she is "living one of the best stages of my life" and that "being a mother is a feeling that cannot be described with words." Through the statement to the press, Gaby wanted to "profoundly thank the public" who she explains "during the months of pregnancy" have only showered her with "love for me, my husband, and my little daughter."
During the birth, Gaby was surrounded by her all her family and loved ones but not her husband, who was in Colombia filming a commercial. Upon hearing the news of the birth of his daughter, Cristobal immediately hopped on a plane back to Venezuela to be with his family.
