Gisele Bundchen Speaks of Their Two Weddings

Friday, May 8 2009

by Joe Halls

Describing her life after her wedding, Gisele Bundchen said, "I think I'm the happiest person. You know what the secret to being happy is? Being grateful. And I'm very grateful."

Bundchen and husband New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had their two weddings on February 26 and on April 4 respectively. The former was held at a Catholic church in Santa Monica while the latter took place at her home in Costa Rica. She added, "We tried very hard to keep it private. Oh my God, you have no idea how hard that was."

The attendees were the couple's family and friends, "We had a great timeā€¦ I think family is the base to everything. I have a lot to be grateful for but I think family is definitely number one."

When asked about how her two weddings went, she shared that everything was worth it and that they "had a great time. I think we were very lucky."
