Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady Sued By Photogs

Sunday, September 27 2009

Two photographers filed a complaint against Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady in Manhattan Federal Court accusing the couple of assault and battery.

Yuri Cortez, the central American bureau chief of Agence France-Presse, and Rolando Aviles, a freelance photographer, claimed that Bundchen and Brady's security team fired at them while they were taking photos of the couple's post-wedding events in Costa Rica on April 4.

"Bodyguards are not supposed to be pulling out guns and firing at photographers," the photogs' lawyer John Paul Gleason said. "That's a no-no. It just shows terrible lack of training and supervision."
