British special effects company Framestore, who made the effect for films like, Avatar, Clash of the Titans or Prince of Persia, are now dealing with Gravity, Alfonso Cuaron's new film, with Robert Downey Jr. in the lead role.
With Angelina Jolie initial on the generic Gravity tells the story of an astronaut who is doing everything to return to Earth after a bizarre accident occurs on board of his ship.
The special effects involved recommends the project as "the next Avatar", if you were to believe what people at Framestore are saying, which tells us that the percentage of images created by computer has a total of 60 percent. Just like in the case of Avatar.
Of course, involvement in the project suggests that Gravity will not look like Avatar, thank to the signature of the Mexican producer. Gravity may be one of the most interesting films went into production in recent years.
For fans of the director we have one detail: Gravity will start with a plan-sequence of not less than 20 minutes!
At this point it is unknown when the film will appear on the big screen.by FW Editor |
