Richard Franco, 27 years old, was arrested for trespassing on Halle Berry's property. The idiot did it three times over the past three days: once on Saturday, once on Sunday (when he barely escaped police forces) and once on Monday night.
Police sources confirm to TMZ that Richard Franco jumped over a wall at Berry's residence yesterday, the third consecutive day and he tried to get close to the beautiful actress. However, this time, Halle's private security team saw the incident unfold on camera and called 911. Police arrived right away and this time Franco was arrested on suspicion of felony stalking.
