| Halle Berry Stalker Richard Franco Pleads Not Guilty |

Richard Franco has been arrested on Monday after he allegedly trespassed on Halle Berry's property three days in a row. However, the crazed fan entered a plea inside L.A. courtroom yesterday and denied all charges. His lawyer said Richard Franco was not guilty of felony stalking.
As for the restraining order requested by Halle Berry , the judge issues a very weird restraining order: Richard Franco must stay at least 500 yards away from Berry but the order does not include Halle's daughter Nahla too.by FW Editor |
