An insider of CW's Melrose Place, which will premiere on September 8, revealed that there's a possibility that Heather Locklear may be joining the cast of the highly-anticipated TV show.
"There are definitely talks going on. It's better-than-even money that she'll do it. Everyone's optimistic, absolutely," the source said. The actress "saw the pilot and loved it. Hopefully (producers will) figure out something great for her creatively."
In his past interview, executive producer Todd Slavkin stressed, "The door is always open for Heather Locklear (to return). We're huge fans of hers." Other original stars who reprise their roles are Thomas Calabro, Laura Leighton, Daphne Zuniga, among others.
