How Hugh Jackman's Kids Get Good Sleep

Friday, June 5 2009

by Joe Halls

Hugh Jackman was spotted with his wife and 3-year-old daughter at the Baby Buggy Bedtime Bash in Central Park, N.Y. which raised $282,000 for Baby Buggy, a charity that supports and provides all the needs of babies from poor families.

Asked how he usually put his kids to sleep, Jackman noted, "First of all, you gotta run them around before the bath. Play a game of hide and seek or wrestle or muck around. Then they're exhausted. Then we all fall asleep on the bed!"

The X-Men Origins: Wolverine actor also conferred about the importance of strollers saying, "No amount of gym work readies you for the dead weight of a child who's asleep for an hour through the park. And I've done that before. We have a nice, cheap, 20-buck stroller. We lose them everywhere. We leave them places. So there you go!"
