Soon after Sony announced that they are going to make a fourth Spider-Man for the film series, it had started to pop up different names for the lead role.
The film will present the years of Peter Parker and school's inception as a superhero, so it will take a bit younger actor.
The list of those who might become Spider-Man is Jamie Bell, best known of Billy Elliot, Andrew Garfield and Josh Hutcherson, announces Empire.
Jamie Bell has already met with director Marc Webb (500 Days of Summer), and seems to have the best chance to receive the role, being the best known names on the short list.
Josh Hutcherson, Zathura known of, Bridge to Terabithia and Journey To The Centre Of The Earth, would have all the physical qualities to get the role. Andrew Garfield, who recently starred in The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, might be a little too old for this role. He is 27 years old.
Among those who are in his sights, Webb included Frank Dillane (Tom Riddle in Harry Potter And The Half-Blood Prince) and Alden Ehrenreich (Tetro).
Sony has announced that the fourth Spider-Man film series based on those comics from Marvel, will be 3D and will arrive in theaters on July 3, 2012by FW Editor |
