| Jane Fonda Bids Farewell to Left Knee |

Actress Jane Fonda wrote on twitter before her knee-replacement surgery on Tuesday replacing her left knee with a "titanium rod and ceramic joint."
She posted, "Lying on a guerney (sic). Drugs are starting to hit. Wheeee. So long left knee. You're toast!" She also showed an image of her left knee with the initials of her doctor and an arrow.
The actress never worries too much though because "It's never been my favorite part of me. No more short skirts – but I never wore them much anyway."
Fonda continued, "By this time next year, I will have come out with a whole new line of workout products for maintaining muscle mass and flexibility and I will be doing them myself. 80 percent my ass!"
