According to WENN.com, actor John Goodman is determined to maintain under control his body weight since he is having health problems and he had damaged his furniture in the house with his 181.4 kg.
The star of the movies "Gigantic," "Coyote Ugly", "In the Electric Mist" or "You Do not Know Jack", who will attain the age of 58 years over only two days, was called Wednesday evening, 06/16/2010, to David Letterman's The Late Show and proudly flies a completely changed appearance.
The actor won a Golden Globe award in 1993 for his role as Dan Conner in the television series "Roseanne" and has revealed that the main cause of his obesity was a long and excessive alcohol consumption, to which were added laziness and lack of exercise: "For 30 years I have been excessive drinking and that had a lot of unintended consequences on my body.
I became too fond with the beer bottle and I mocked everything I made."
When the needle of the scale stopped at 181.4 kilograms, John Goodman realized that he will die from complications arising from obesity if he'll not resort to drastic measures to lose weight, which is why he changed the diet and sedentary style life.
He entered a weight loss program and motivated by the desire to stay healthy, John Goodman said he is feeling great when he is making exercises and he said that he knows that fighting extra pounds will be a long lasting battle.by FW Editor |
