A source cleared out the recent rumors surrounding Jon Gosselin's affair with Hailey Glassman claiming that the couple started dating after Kate filed for divorce on June 20.
"Jon was heartbroken, totally heartbroken. Kate told him to take a hike," the source conferred and added that the Gosselins actually split late last year, not few months ago as what the public knows.
"She said she wanted her life. She said she was done. It came out of the blue," the source went on. Jon and Hailey met each other when the former stayed in the house of the latter's parents. Hailey's father was the plastic surgeon who performed the tummy tuck operation of Kate when she gave birth to the sextuplets.
