Dancing With the Stars' mainstays Karina Smirnoff and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, who planned to get married next summer, called it quits, confirmed her representative.
With his post on Twitter, Chmerkovskiy also hinted on Monday saying, "What was meant to be a 'life long book', turned into a 'chapter'… and now that 'chapter' is finished… Se la vie…"
The ex-couple will be back on ABC's hit celebrity dance showdown on September 21. Chmerkovskiy's partner is Entourage star Debi Mazar while Smirnoff is paired with Aaron Carter.
