The baby nurse of the Gosselins Angela Krall, who worked with the family in taking care of the sextuplets for more than a year now, exposed in Us Weekly's recent issue that Kate Gosselin fired 40 nurses and nurse's aides in a span of three months before she came to their household.
Associated Press reported in 2005 that Gosselin asked the state to pay Krall's fees, "Kate Gosselin said she feels society has a responsibility to help with the children, since modern medicine promotes the use of fertility drugs, which can lead to multiple births."
In that similar story, Krall also stated that the matriarch of Jon and Kate Plus 8 posted "demeaning" signs in all the rooms discussing the rules and house policies.
