After her revelation that Jon Gosselin took about $230,000 from their joint bank account, Kate was seeking child support and temporary spousal support from her estranged husband.
One of her divorce lawyers Mark Momjian said that the mother of eight filed the paperwork last week asking a Montgomery County judge to order Jon to give back the specific amount.
Jon's divorce attorney Mark Heller simply commented, "We are hoping in the next few days we can all do some bookkeeping… I'm pretty sure this can come to a cordial resolution."
