Kelly Osbourne has lost a considerable amount of weight during and following her appearance on last year's seasons of Dancing with the Stars revealed that she does exercises with her mom and her personal trainer.
"Mom's started to work out with me and my trainer, Sarah Hagaman, and she likes it" said Kelly
The star admits it was hard work losing so much weight, but she is glad she did it the right way by eating healthily and exercising.
"My weight loss has been healthy and gradual. I haven't gone to extremes - it's just been down to smart eating and regular exercise. I love Spanx – not so much for sucking you in, but more for smoothing you out," she said. "There's nothing I hate more than being able to see someone's belly button through their dress. she said.by fw editor |
