| Kelly Rutherford Obtains Restraining Order |

Kelly Rutherford got a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Daniel Gierschon which will be effective until the hearing about their ongoing custody battle over their children on October 15.
The order stated that Gierschon "has begun to follow me (Rutherford), my mother and my nanny and he shows up unexpectedly to threaten and scare us." This was dismissed by Fahi Takesh Hallin, the lawyer of the German businessman, saying that the claims were only "fabricated accusations."
Hallin noted, "Daniel will remain focused on co-parenting both of their children and not make any personal comments in order to continue to protect the children's need for privacy and well being."
