Is Kim Kardashian using her fame to help others and not to gain profit profit? Hard to believe. Is her PR team simply orchestrating opportunities to improve her damaged image? We can believe that.
According to reports, Kim is currently in Haiti, along with designer Donna Karen, actresses Patricia Arquette and Maria Bello and Kris Jenner; as part of We Advance, an organization that aims to "advance the health, safety and well being of women throughout Haiti," according to its website.
