This was the original announcement before that show. Of course, those announcements raised up the Jay Leno Show audience by a lot (not like he needed more audience). However, it proved to be in fact, a promotional clip for Carl’s Jr. Commercial where Kim Kardashian shows "some skin".
The commercial itself wasn’t something outstanding; Kim eating some delicious salad, some sexy shots in a big bed and a short non-nude scene in the bathroom. In fact, that commercial was interesting only because Kim was a part of it and nothing else. However, rumors about a new sex tape drew the audience attention on that show.
